Well, just remember, memories are memories even if they are rainy ones.

Ya, I know. We went wading at the beach when it stopped raining.

Have you ever tried s’mores in a pie mold? Of course, I grew up camping with my parents and siblings (Karen at Pediascribe is my sister) and we always had pie molds. Recently I did peanut butter and jelly and peanut butter and chocolate (like a reese’s)
And, sometimes the wet, rainy memories are the best…get out and play..run in the rain, get drenched!!! Slide down a hill in the mud!!! Of course, in old clothes!!!

No I have not had s’mores in a pie mold. Thanks for the idea.

Camping

written some time around 5:58 pm on June 28, 2008

We went to a park to camp with my grandparents. It was fun.

It was raining really hard so we had to eat inside, instead of by a fire. We made s’mores in the microwave. My brother, Goro, who is 10 years old, called them summores and we had to correct him. They were good but lacked that camp-fire taste. After that we went down to the lake and fed a duck.

This is me and Grandma. On a bench. Near the lake.

The next day we went on a walk all the way around the lake and there were sooo many bends that every time we turned a bend there was a new bend in the path.

Here are the rest of the pictures of the lake.
