    MK, just be sure Chuck knows they contain peanut butter.

    You can also leave out the chocolate on top and fold 2 cups of chocolate chips into the batter. Then get a size 60 scoop, scoop some into your hand, roll it, put it on the thing you are baking it on, and pat it down. These are best(I think) with Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips.

I made these cookies one day and wanted to put them up on this blog.

The recipe is as follows;

48 Hershey Kisses
1/2 cup of shortening
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1+1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Granulated sugar

Directions:

1)Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
2)Beat shortening and peanut butter in a large bowl until well blended; add the 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Stir flour, baking soda, and salt together; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture.
3)Sape dough into 1 inch balls. roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4)Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press an (unwrapped) Hershey Kiss into the cookie; put on wrire rack; cool completely.
5)If you have any leftover dough or chocolate, eat it.
