Actually, PG-13 means “Parental guidance for children under the age of 13.” So if you are 13, you’re good. Cause it’s for under the age of 13.

Try telling that to my dad.

…Unless you’re 13.

I was just talking to my mom about the Twilight-counter-downer-thingy again.

Me: “Hey. Mama, guess what.

Mama: “What.”

Me: “Guess what comes out in 13 days, 6 hours, and 7 minutes.”

Mama: “Twilight.”

Papa: “You’re not allowed to go see that.”

Me: “WHY NOT?!?!”

Papa: “You’re 13.”

Me: “So. It’s only rated PG-13.”

Papa: “Ya, which means you can’t go.”

Me: funny look. “But I’m thirteen. And, besides Mama said I could go.”

Papa: “Nope. PG-13 stands for Pretty Good unless you’re 13.”

My dad is never serious for long. Nor is anybody else in my family.
